📖 INTRODUCTION
God never calls a person to an assignment without also providing the strength to complete it. But many start well and lose steam due to weariness, attacks, fear, or distractions. To fulfill your divine assignment, you need supernatural strength — physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental — that only God can give.
📖 Isaiah 40:31 (KJV):
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles..."
In this season, God is releasing strength for you to rise, run, and finish your purpose victoriously!
📖 SHORT SERMON: “Strength to Fulfill Divine Assignments”
🔹 Main Texts:
- Isaiah 40:28–31
- Joshua 1:5–9
- 2 Timothy 4:7
🔹 1. Every Divine Assignment Requires Divine Strength
No divine mandate can be fulfilled by human energy alone. Moses, Elijah, Jesus, Paul — all needed God’s strength to complete their assignments.
📖 Zechariah 4:6 – “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit...”
🔹 2. Challenges That Drain Strength
- Spiritual warfare (Daniel 10:13)
- Discouragement and fear (1 Kings 19:4)
- Delay and rejection (Nehemiah 4:1–10)
- Loneliness in ministry (2 Timothy 4:10–17)
But God provides strength when we wait on Him, trust in Him, and walk in obedience.
🔹 3. How to Receive Strength for the Assignment
-
Wait on the Lord in prayer and fasting
📖 Isaiah 40:31 -
Receive the Word of God
📖 Jeremiah 15:16 -
Rely on the Holy Spirit
📖 Acts 1:8 -
Stay connected to your divine source
📖 John 15:5
🔹 4. The Finish Line Matters!
Starting is good, but finishing well is what brings reward.
📖 2 Timothy 4:7–8 – “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course...”
📖 Ecclesiastes 7:8 – “Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof...”
🔹 DECLARATION:
“I receive supernatural strength to fulfill my God-given purpose. I will not faint, I will not fail, I will not fall. I will finish strong, in Jesus' name!”
